we would like to inform you that due to a restructuring of the CERTUSS Group, the previous business operations of CERTUSS Dampfautomaten GmbH & Co. KG will be transferred to CERTUSS GmbH by way of universal legal succession.
Due to this universal legal succession, the restructuring will not have any impact on the content of existing contracts and agreements between you and CERTUSS Dampfautomaten GmbH & Co. KG or CERTUSS Verwaltungs GmbH. The existing contracts will be transferred to CERTUSS GmbH in their current form.
The restructuring is expected to be completed by January 31, 2025. We will inform again about the exact date of completion of the restructuring in a separate letter and on our website www.certuss.com.
According to the current state of planning, the following business data must therefore be used from 1 February 2025:
