CERTUSS and Japanese Miura join forces
- Miura Co, Ltd. becomes sole shareholder of CERTUSS GmbH.
- The transaction strengthens CERTUSS' international position as a provider of customized solutions for steam generators.
- With CERTUSS Miura secures its long-term position in the European market.
- CERTUSS will continue to operate its business under its own brand name and with the same staff as before.
CERTUSS GmbH has announced its transaction with the Japanese Miura Co, Ltd., a global player for steam generators. As a medium-sized family-owned company, CERTUSS is thus laying the decisive foundations to further expand its position as a provider of customized steam generation solutions in the global market.

The CERTUSS brand and all production facilities and headquarters in Germany, the UK, and the USA, including their workforces, will remain in place. Miura and CERTUSS are also focusing on continuity in the management team: Mathias Brauner will remain with the company as Managing Director. Conrad and Robert Brauner as well as Thomas Hamacher and Holger Deimann will continue to work as division managers in their traditional areas.
